Q: Who is JVECO INSTRUMENTS?
A: JVECO INSTRUMENTS is a privately owned, internationally certified manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We manufacture over 17,000 high-quality instruments across a wide range of specialties, including Surgical, Dental, Ophthalmic, Orthopedic, Veterinary, Podiatry, and Plastic Surgery. Our extensive portfolio includes a variety of precision instruments widely used throughout the medical industry.
Q: Can I order for sample for demonstration before placing an order?
A: Yes, you are welcome to request samples for demonstration purposes before placing a full order. If the requested items are available in our inventory, the samples will be provided free of charge. However, if the items are not in stock, the customer will be responsible for the sample cost.
Please note that in all cases, shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Q: Do you offer private labeling?
A: Yes, we do offer private labeling services under specific conditions. Upon request, we can apply your required branding, logos, or markings to the instruments, in accordance with your specifications.

Q: Which types of steel are used in manufacture of Jveco Instruments?
A: All JVECO INSTRUMENTS are manufactured using premium grade European martensite stainless steel in compliance with ISO 7153-1. The martensite steels used are magnetic, containing typically 12% chromium and a moderate carbon content offering a high level of corrosion resistance. Typically we use AISI 410, AISI 420 and AISI 304 types extensively for dental and surgical instruments since they offer a good combination of corrosion resistance and a range of mechanical strength via heat treatment.
Q: How does Jveco Instruments inspect their instruments?
A: All items leaving JVECO INSTRUMENTS facility are meticulously inspected as per our standard guidelines, which exceed international ISO standards. During the manufacturing process, each item is subjected to constant functional and visual checks by master craftsmen using the latest tools and optical technologies to ensure our standards are met.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: At JVECO INSTRUMENTS, we maintain a permanent stock of nearly 1,000 standard items, allowing us to fulfill most orders within three weeks.
For non-stock or customized items, the delivery time typically ranges from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.

Q: What manufacturing tolerances are applied to Jveco Instruments?
A: All JVECO INSTRUMENTS are hand made to exacting tolerances by master craftsmen. Do provide an example international standards allow length variation of +/- 5.0mm in the manufacture of a mayo hegar needle holder whereas Jveco Instruments only accepts a tolerance of +/- 1.5mm. Tighter tolerances result in enhanced pattern consistency and reliability that clinicians demand.
Q: What is Jveco Instruments heat treatment process?
A: Our instruments are vacuum heat-treated using special hardening and tempering procedures and are tested to ensure they conform to specified Rockwell HRC scale.
Q: Are your products supplied sterilized?
A: We do not supply sterilized instruments; all our products are non-sterilized.
Q: Will you custom laser etch my instruments?
A: We can custom laser etch your instruments with your brand name, hospital, department etc. for identification or personalization.
Q: How can I return a product to you for replacement / refund?
If you want to return a product to JVECO INSTRUMENTS for replacement or refund so you can send it in its original JVECO packaging without using it within 30 days along with exchange and refund form supplied with product or get it from our sales representative.
Q: Does JVECO INSTRUMENTS Offer a Warranty on Its Instruments?
A: Yes, JVECO INSTRUMENTS offers a comprehensive warranty on all its instruments, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and material quality.
